Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Los Angeles is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Pretty average food, but convenient and modern spot on Sunset. Overall, I wouldn't come back given the price and alternatives, but worth a try if you've been interested. Shoyu was great, but shrimp left a lot to be desired and seaweed salad I found average in terms of taste. Crab salad was good - not too heavy on the mayo. Price to size it's not really worth it though. Comes out to about $27 with tax if you get a large bowl (which isn't that large) and at that price I rather drive to Jus' Poke in Redondo.

Ordered two bowls here with four different types of pokes and sides. Overall the poke is really good and the spicy tuna and salmon are really good but also very spicy. They also have very good sides that comes on the bowl. The line moves relatively quickly and the food comes out at a decent speed.

I waited 25 minutes for a single poke bowl after ordering, which felt excessive. The bowl was tasty, but I honestly think it's super overpriced. I paid around $27 for my bowl, which I donβt think reflects the portion or the selection of toppings. For comparison, I had larger poke bowls in Hawaii with a much wider variety of fresh toppings for around $17. Good food, but not good value in my opinion.

heard lots of hype about this place but tbh itβs a little disappointed. i ordered a large bowl with extra scoop, 2 new flavors the minced spicy tuna and mayo salmon (a little pricey id say). everything is just mild, very very light and under-seasoned for me. salmon cubes is pretty small i couldnβt really taste the texture well. the rice is just normal white rice. overall itβs more like a salad browl rather than a poke bowl. however itβs all personal preference, u might like it if youβre not a flavorful poke bowl. i was only there 15mins waiting to get my food but i saw the owner is showing staffs to clean around the shop really throughout i bet u donβt have to worry about hygiene and quality, itβs just the seasonings for me :)

Good spot for poke in Silverlake. The food was good and tasted fresh so no complaints. Itβs very popular on weekends so expect to wait. Seating can be challenging on weekends since there are many people just hanging out eventhough they are done eating and people are waiting. Not restaurants fault for lack of courtesy. Since bodega is affiliated we sat there and had our food.
